Looking for Memorial Day events in Columbus? From solemn ceremonies honoring our fallen heroes to festive parades and family-friendly activities, there are plenty of ways to commemorate Memorial Day around Columbus Ohio. We've rounded up some of the top Memorial Day events, parades, and celebrations in Columbus—complete with links to our calendar so you can easily find all the details.


Westerville Field of Heroes: May 23-26 | Weekend long event featuring the flag field as well as various events each day.


Worthington Memorial Day Parade: 10:00am


Memorial Day Open House at Greenlawn Cemetery: 10:00am - 4:00pm | Somewhat less traditional, but still a commemorative and informative experience nonetheless


Pickerington Memorial Day Observation: 9:00am | Multiple events at various locations


Powell Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony: 10:00am


Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony at Veterans National Memorial Museum: 10:00am | Tickets to the museum are free during Memorial Day weekend.  You must reserve in advance. There will also be a ceremony on Memorial Day.


Gahanna Memorial Day Ceremony: 1:00pm


Memorial Day Ceremony at the Dublin Cemetery: 11:00am | Includes a procession, ceremony, and community picnic and a nearby park.
